Back on the rowers today and here is a really good video that breaks down the stroke for you. It's about 10 minutes long, but it has some great drills that can drastically improve your technique. Technique on the rower is extremely important and will make your rowing life so much better. Check out the video below and try to incorporate some of these drills into your warmup. And remember to stick to good technique once the workout begins. Don't just "go fast" when you can be efficient and get a much better time.
