As you know we are moving to a new, better facility and we finally have a moving date. On Saturday, November 15 we will begin the move. Some of you have volunteered to help and we really appreciate it. If you are available to help with the move we will start right after the workout on the 15th at 11:30 am. There will be lots of different things to do, including setting up new equipment and organizing the new set up. So if you aren't in to carrying heavy things around that's ok, although that's sort of what CrossFit is ;)

We will have lunch on Saturday at some point and if all goes well maybe a drink or two. But don't spill anything on the floor! Thanks in advance for all of your help and everything you have done so far to make this move possible. We are very excited to share the new space with you all!
