Lots of burpees on tap for Wednesday! I know you will all be there for this one, and since you are all so dedicated and love burpees so much here are some tips to help you out with this workout. It's easy to simplify the burpee and just say it is getting to the ground and back up, but there are some things you can do to make them more efficient. As Carl Paoli in the video says "we need to add skill" to the movement. Having a skillfull burpee will make them more efficient and easier so don't just flop around on the ground. Try to be as efficient as possible and take them one at a time! Check out the video for more tips and we will see you tomorrow!

Workout for Wednesday, November 12 Working From Floor: EMOTM for 7 min complete 5 Overhead Squats (135/95) (45/33 for beginner strength) With successful lifts, small increases in weight may be made.

For Time: 100 Burpees 30 Box Jumps 30 KB Push Presses 1.5/1 (15 each arm) 30 KB Swings
