One last reminder! We will be moving the gym this Saturday following the 10:30 am CrossFit class. If you'd like to help just show up and we will show you where to go. It's sort of a follow up on the article I posted a while ago about how long it takes to improve your fitness. This article focuses on working out more or less during a week and the benefits and costs of doing more workouts. There are a lot of factors to consider when deciding if you want to work out more, and the answer to what you should do depends on your goals. One thing is for sure, your fitness will improve if you work our more while being mindful of how you are feeling and getting enough recovery and rest. Read the article and see what you think, and then consider if your workout time is getting you to where you want to be.
