Wow! We really can not thank you all enough for you help on Saturday. What we thought was going to take two days ended up taking just a few hours thanks to your hard work. We are so happy to have a better space for you to come to and hope you all enjoy it as much as we do. A few special thanks go out to Jeremy, Shaun and Ken for spending lots of time with us last week prepping the space and taking on special projects. We could not have done it without you guys and we owe you big time.
Hopefully we can express our gratitude to you all over the upcoming months by giving you the best possible CrossFit experience. We love you and want the best for you and can't wait to spend time with you in our new home.

5-10 minutes shoulder mobility
"Fran" (Of course, right?!) 21-15-9 Thrusters Pull Ups
Rest 2 min and row a 1k cool down (not for time)
