Thanksgiving is next week and we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. We will have one class at 12 noon on the Friday after Thanksgiving (Nov. 28). Enjoy the holiday and hopefully you can spend some time with the ones you love. And on Friday, Saturday or whatever day you are back in the gym, we promise to help you work off whatever you eat. And with that promise we also promise we won't be enablers. "Enablers are people that allow you to continue your losing ways" according to this article on T-Nation. There are a lot of people out there that tell us losing weight and being healthy can be easy if you take a drug or use some fancy piece of equipment, but we all know that is not true. Your coaches at CrossFit 616 will not be enablers. We promise to tell you the truth about what you need to do to reach your goals. Sometimes that truth may be hard to hear, but it is our responsibility to be honest and up front with you.
