Remember that we are closed this Thursday for Thanksgiving and we only have one class on Friday at 12 noon. Regular schedule Wednesday and Saturday this week. Also, the Paleo Challenge begins December 1! We will have similar rules to the one earlier this year. $10 buy in and prizes to the top three finishers. Let's not wait until the new year to get our diets on track! Join the challenge to help keep everything in check during the holiday season. We will have a Paleo Potluck lunch on December 6 to really kick everything off!
