Here's a really good look at Steve's Club, an organization that uses CrossFit and health and fitness to help change the lives of at-risk youth. I love how these kids take what they learn in CrossFit and apply it to their everyday lives. I hope I can do the same thing. Let your hard work and never-give-up attitude carry over into everything you do. Watch the video below for some inspiration
