Hope you all had a great weekend! Remember that the Paleo Challenge is in full effect now so everything counts. Also, remember to get those food journals in on time. They must be emailed to us before midnight on every Sunday. Here's a great video from coach Burgener again on the mobility required for weightlifting. He says in the video - mobility first, then speed, then strength. It's easy to try to just get stronger and stronger to avoid working on the things that may be holding you back like mobility. No one thinks working on mobility is that much fun, but it is extremely important. Check out the video below that shows a great test on how to tell if your shoulder mobility is holding you back.
