We announced earlier that yoga is moving to Monday nights after the new year, but we are going to move that up a little to work around the holidays. Since Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are both on Wednesdays, we have decided to start Monday night yoga on December 22 so we don't have to cancel it two weeks in a row. Hope to see you there! Make sure you check the whiteboard by the lifting platforms in the back for all of the upcoming events, news, and announcements for the gym. We post as much as we can on the blog and Facebook, but there is no substitute for getting your information first-hand at the gym. There's a lot happening right now and we want you all to join in the fun.
