The quote above is from an article I came across today called How to Get the Most Out of CrossFit Group Classes. Basically, there are a bunch of things in there that I wish someone had told me when I first started. So whether you are new to CrossFit or you have been around a while, I think there are some pointers in here that can make classes better for you and help your performance. Of course, the number one thing on the list is to read the blog, so if you aren't reading this I guess you'll miss out on the rest too. Hopefully someone fills you in. Check out the article here.
