So many of us have to travel (or get to travel) for work or vacation and sticking to a good diet and exercise plan can be tough while you are on the road. The latest episode of Barbell Shrugged has some good advice on how to approach diet and exercise while traveling. A lot of it is common sense, but there are some good tips on how to enjoy the area you are visiting without blowing off your normal healthy routine. As usual with these guys, there is some bad language and irreverent humor - fair warning.
