A small schedule change for Thursday, January 1 - we will now have two classes. One at 11 am and one at noon. Don't party so hard that you can't workout by 11 am! Here is a good Mobility WOD to prep you for deadlifting today. There is some good explanation of the mechanics of the deadlift and your hips at the beginning and then two easy mobilizations to work on at home or in the gym before class. Remember, being in a good position makes you stronger!
