We can't thank you all enough for being great members and helping build the community of 616. While we are always trying to spread the word on CrossFit, we know that it is you talking to family and friends about us that helps us grow and keeps bringing great people into our family. So, thank you for bringing new people to try CrossFit, we really appreciate it. Now that it is January and everyone is looking to start something new we get to see a lot of new faces and we love it. We do, however, have one request - please let us know if you would like to bring a friend. We have designated the last Wednesday of every month as FriendsDay, but we know that doesn't always fit your schedule. So, if you want to bring a friend any other day please let us know in advance. Not every day in here is great for a first timer. We want to provide a great experience for new people and experienced members and if the workout isn't right for a new person it may effect everyone in the room.
Now, please keep bringing your friends, just check with us so we can look at an appropriate workout for a first timer and give everyone the best possible experience. Thanks again for your support and we look forward to meeting all of the new people in 2015.
