I know we have talked about this before, but sleep is super important for your recovery and your health. Watch this great episode of Barbell Shrugged where they talk to Dr. Kirk Parsley, sleep doctor. The episode is called "The 1 Thing That Will Make You Better at Everything" and it speaks for itself. He gives great advice on how to sleep properly and how lack of sleep affects you. It is definitely worth a watch.
