So many of you have said to us that you want to take the yoga class, or you should be taking the yoga class, but you just can't make it work at the current time. We have been listening and we're going to try something new starting next week. Yoga will now be a 30 minute yoga/mobility class twice a week. We will have yoga/mobility on Mondays at 5 pm and Thursdays at 6 pm. This will be a mobility class that uses yoga techniques to attack the most common issues facing CrossFitters. Coach Laura will continue to run the program and I am sure she'd be happy to answer any questions you may have. Hopefully this will give you a better opportunity to work on mobility and keep you moving better! Also, since we have the in-house competition this Saturday, we will not have a CrossFit class. There will be weightlifting at 9:30 am, but no CrossFit class afterwords. If you'd like to compete or volunteer please let us know ASAP.
