OK, I'm going to post this article with some hesitation, but I think it can be of value to a lot of us. It's vulgar (read Rated R) with lot's of bad language, but the points he makes are worth reading and considering. I usually skip these articles on Facebook or wherever until I see them posted more than a few times, and, well, this one kept popping up so I thought I would see what all the fuss was about. The article is good. He gives us all a wake up call about the excuses we make to eat crappy food and skip workouts. Read it and be honest with yourself. Are you making the right decisions or are you blaming other people for your current situation?
Also, one thing that jumps out at me is not the article itself, but the fact that so many people are sharing it. It must hit home. It must have something in there (despite the language) that resonates with people. No one is sharing my nice, safe, motivational posts all over the Internet.
