So many of you have to spend a lot of time in your cars traveling to and from work, traveling for work or just driving all over town taking kids from place to place. If you find yourself stuck in a car, plane, train or anything else that forces you to sit for long periods Mobility WOD has the help you need. They have just started a series on mobility for travelers with tips on how to mobilize while sitting and things you can do to change position just enough to find some relief.
