This Wednesday is a FriendsDay Wednesday! Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit! Who's ready for Friday Night Lights?! That's right, this Friday is the first Open workout of 2015. We will have the Open workout scheduled for all classes that day, but if you can come Friday night between 5 and 7 we will run it competition style and cheer each other on. Don't forget to sign up online and join the 616 team!

Tuesday night, Dr. Jason Ross of Train Out Pain will be providing free chiropractic and Active Release work from 6-8 pm. There will be a sign up sheet at the gym and he will see people on a first come first serve basis.
On Saturday, March 7 we are having a group outing to do hot yoga with Laura at Twisted Hot Yoga. The class begins at 1:30 pm and is just for CrossFit 616 members.
As most of you know, Andrea and John Andersen are going to have a baby any day now so we are having a diaper drive. Bring in a package of diapers for the Andersens and make their lives a little easier as they welcome their new baby into the world.
Workout for Tuesday, February 24 20 Minutes to work up in the following complex: 1 Snatch pull to top of knee 1 full snatch 2 overhead squats
5 Rounds for time 5 Toes to bar 10 Thrusters (65/45) Row 250 m Start workout with 5 burpees and do 5 burpees every 2 minutes.
