We'd like to welcome the newest member of CrossFit 616 to the world, baby Andersen! Andrea and John Andersen had a baby boy over the weekend and we could not be happier for them. Everyone is doing well and we can't wait to meet him. Nice work on the first week of the Open everyone! You should all be proud of your efforts and hopefully you learned a little about yourselves and how to approach these workouts. We've got four more to go (or maybe more if they all have two parts). DON'T FORGET!!!! You have to submit your score by Monday night at 8 pm! We can't do it for you. Submit your score and we will validate it, but YOU have to do it.

If you haven't done the workout, there is still time, but please contact us if you need to do it Monday. We want to make sure there is a judge available for you.

5 Rounds for Time: 1 Bear Complex @ 95/65 5 Bar Hop Burpees 25 Double Unders

*1 Bear Complex = 1 Power Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Push Press to Back Rack, 1 Back Squat, 1 Push Press from Back. Each Movement must be done as a distinct rep (no thrusters, squat cleans, etc).
