First, Dr. Eric Graf will be here again on Saturday from 9:30 to noon to provide some active release therapy. If you'd like to get treated (for free) please come early and sign up. He will get through as many people as possible, and it will be first come, first serve. Also, join us for Friday Night Lights. We can use all of the support we can get. Come out and judge, cheer or workout. Bring your friends and family. We want a party for Open week 2. See you here between 5-7 pm!

WEEKLY ROUNDUP! Here's some interesting stuff I saw this week: 1. What if you had two people with identical DNA and one exercised and one didn't? Well, read this article about a study done on identical twins that shows exercise makes a huge difference in your fitness, health and brain activity. 2. One major fitness brand is buying in to the importance of sleep. Of course, we tell you all of the time how important sleep is, but for some reason it's a badge of honor in our culture to not sleep a lot. Forget that, not sleeping is just as bad for you as eating terrible food and not exercising. Workout 15.2 For as long as possible:

From 0:00-3:00 2 rounds of: 10 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 3:00-6:00 2 rounds of: 12 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 12 chest-to-bar pull-ups

From 6:00-9:00 2 rounds of: 14 overhead squats (95 / 65 lb.) 14 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Etc., following same pattern
