Check out the video below from CrossFit called "Beauty Beyond Strength." This video is out to show that there are more to CrossFitters than muscles and workouts. I think that is especially true of those of us that aren't Games athletes. Why do you do CrossFit and how does it influence the other parts of your life? What other outlets do you have for stress relief or creativity? I think we should all ask ourselves these questions. I never want to think that not making a PR lift will define me. It's the process that makes us who we are, not the one lift at the end of it all.
