We know there were a few of you that wanted to give it another go or that still have yet to do it, so please let us know when you plan on doing that. With that said, we talk to you all a lot about fitness, goals, nutrition, and mobility; but one thing we would like to touch on is balance. Balance in your life to be able to continue to do all the things you love and keep loving them. I read this article earlier today and thought of all of you and myself. My favorite part was, "In life and in CrossFit, we must learn to deal with pain. Ironically, pain is often caused by a lack of balance." In the article they are talking about mobility here, but I think we can take this quote in account for all aspects of our life. So with this said I hope you start thinking about bringing more balance into your life.
