We are sad to announce that our yoga and mobility coach Laura will be leaving us at the end of the month. We are happy that she has found a full-time job in Lansing, but she will be missed. Thank you for everything you have done for us and I promise to keep working on my tight hips. Also, thanks for being such a great person and having a great attitude around the gym! For now, there will be no yoga/mobility classes as Laura prepares for finals and her big move. Of course, you are all welcome to stick around and work on mobility on your own or in a small group. We'd love to see that happen and we will work to put together a new mobility program as soon as possible.
