We had a lot of people putting in work on muscle ups and other skills during the Open and we don't want that work to stop. Stay with those progressions so you don't get caught without a particular skill next year. You may be seeing more high skill movements in our programming as well as we go forward (with appropriate scaling options) so please continue your progressions. And as always, let us know if you need some direction. Here's a cool look behind the scenes of the final CrossFit Open workout announcement. I just think it's interesting to see these people not working out and get a little insight into their training and lives.
