We have a scheduling change to announce. Due to some conflicts coach Robert has on Saturdays coming up we are going to hold weightlifting class on Tuesday and Thursday night at 7 pm beginning Tuesday, April 28. We will still have open gym time at 9:30 on Saturday mornings and you are welcome to come lift. There will still be four days of programming so hopefully this gives you more opportunities to come lift with the group. See you there!
