There are a ton of competitions coming up in the area and around the state, including our own Benchmark Bonanza on June 13. Some of these are team and partner events and it can sometimes be difficult to find a partner so we're going to try to make it easier. We are going to have a sign up sheet at the gym for anyone interested in doing a CrossFit competition. On the sheet you will be able to mark your experience level and what type of event you would be comfortable with. Competing in CrossFit or anything else is a great way to measure your progress and get you out of your comfort zone enough to learn a few things. You can find out what you need to work on, what you are good at and how hard you can really go. We encourage everyone to find something that forces you to take it to the next level. You learn so much about your makeup and you find out that you are capable of so much more than you may have previously believed.
