This Wednesday is a Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit! Reminder that we have a few schedule changes starting this week. Weightlifting will now be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7 pm. There will still be open gym time for weightlifting Saturday mornings at 9:30 am. There will still be 7 pm CrossFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
And starting this Saturday, May 2, the Saturday morning CrossFit class will be at 9:30 am.
Also, there is a new announcement board up at the gym with all of the news and upcoming events for 616. It's right above the water fountain. Make sure you read that to keep up with what's happening in and out of the gym. We have a few different events coming up, like Memorial Day Murph on May 25!

5 Rounds, 3 min each round: Min 1: 6 Clean and Jerks (115/80) Min 2: 30 Double Unders Min 3: 12 Hand Release Push Up
10 min AMRAP: 12 Wall Balls to 10 ft Target 16 Box Step Ups (alternating legs) 40 Mountain Climbers (knees touch elbows, 20 each leg)
