So last week I mentioned some upcoming events but didn't give you all of the specifics. A few of you mentioned some good ideas for get togethers as well, so thank you. Here is what we have on the calendar so far: Friday, May 15 - Movie Night - Every Second Counts - the story of the 2008 CrossFit Games

Monday, May 25 - Memorial Day Murph - only two classes - 8:30 and 9:30 am

Saturday, June 13 - Benchmark Bonanza - our first open competition in this location

Saturday, July 11 - Whitecaps game outing

Saturday, July 18 - Beach Workout at Grand Haven State Park

Saturday, August 1 - Tubing trip down a river (not sure which one yet)

That's a lot of stuff! We know you all won't be able to do all of these, but hopefully you can get them on your schedules now and have some fun with us outside of the gym.
