Don't forget, this Friday night, following the 6 pm class, we will be watching Every Second Counts, the story of the 2008 CrossFit Games. Come watch some classic CrossFit and learn a little of the history of this fitness program and sport we love. In case you missed it, here is the 60 Minutes story with CrossFit founder and CEO Greg Glassman. Glassman says what he thinks and protects the CrossFit brand fiercely. He's an interesting guy and has some interesting thoughts. Anyway, it's always good to know what the masses think about CrossFit and to see how it gets portrayed in the national media.
