Do you ever get to the gym early and have no idea what to do. I see a lot of you come in and work on skills or roll out. But if you're new to CrossFit or training in general, you may not know what to do at all. Here's a great list of things to do if you have some extra time so you aren't just standing around. Maximize your time at the gym and you'll see improvements a lot faster. Pre-Workout Skill Honing

This is by no means a comprehensive list. You can do anything! But if you don't know where to start hopefully this helps. If you have something specific you need to work on but don't know what to do please ask a coach.

Every little bit helps. Even just five minutes of pullup negatives a few times a week will add up quickly. If you have the extra time, put it to good use!
