Today we will be Maxing out our front squat and completing another Benchmark workout. Please remember to track your workouts and lifts as it will only help you when setting goals and reaching those goals. Just because programming says we are maxing today doesn't always mean your body is ready to max. It's important to listen to your body; if you feel good and feel like today is a day to max go for it. If not, don't push it. You can max at open gym sometime when you're feeling better and ready. If you didn't read yesterdays blog please go back and read and watch the video. Today while you are running we would like you to focus on point 1: Posture, so at the turn around for the 400m you will be checking your posture and thinking about keeping your chest open. Well.... I really can't control what you think about, but I hope it will be about your posture and keeping your chest open.

Make sure you get lots of rest tonight because we know it will play into how you feel for your front squat.
