Thank you to everyone that helped make the Benchmark Bonanza a success on Saturday! We could not have done it without all of the volunteers and can't thank you enough. For all of you that competed, you should be very proud of yourselves. Also, congrats to all of you that completed the Grand Rapids Triathlon on Sunday! You all continue to amaze us with your hard work and dedication.

Now, here's another 30-minute mobility session for you to help improve the overhead squat. If you have trouble with this movement, like so many of us do, please take some time to watch this. There are a lot of good mobilizations in here to make your life easier.
