The tubing trip is this Saturday at 12:30 pm - we need to be there by noon. We will still have the workout at 9:30 am and then we can head up to the tubing place in Rockford. We are going with AAA Canoe and here is a link to their website with info and directions. This is a BYOB event and here is a link to their alcohol policy. 1. A pretty cool and inspirational video from Julie Foucher as she discusses her training and injury leading up to the CrossFit Games.
2. We're doing a masters qualifier event for the CrossFit Games today. These are sort of the Regionals for masters athletes (those 40 years and up). Anyway, the winning time for this workout in the men's 45-49 category was 4:09. Just thought I'd throw that out there as a challenge.
