Just want to congratulate everyone that competed this weekend. You should all be very proud of yourselves. I know it took some of you out of your comfort zone but that's what it's really all about. When you compete you learn what you are made of and you realize you are much stronger (not just physically) than you thought you were.  We had a ton of PRs from people and a ton of performances that showed how your hard work has paid off. Competing with you all was an honor for me and I had so much fun hanging out with you all during the day. The 616 community continues to amaze me and stand out in the larger CrossFit community. 

Also, a big thank you goes out to all of you that came to support us. We truly could not do this stuff without you. You may not realize it, but all that cheering does help us get through those workouts and push a little harder. 

Can't wait for the next one!
