There are so many skills involved in CrossFit and it's really hard to be good at all of them. We all have those things at which we'd like to improve and it can be frustrating not to get them. Double Unders Pull Ups Muscle Ups Hansdstand Pushups etc., etc., etc...

But keep trying, and trying, and trying, and trying.

I love this video. This guy's perseverance is inspiring. If you don't get it your first try or your fifteenth try what do you do? I counted 17 fails in the video below, but it makes the success so much more satisfying. Enjoy the journey and keep trying!
