The GR Games are this Saturday and Sunday at 8th Day Gym in downtown Grand Rapids. We have a few teams competing on Saturday and Sunday so we will not have class on Saturday. Head over to 8th Day to show your support for your fellow athletes and experience a CrossFit competition first-hand.

Most of us want to eat healthy all of the time, but sometimes life gets in the way. It's not always easy to make the best food choices and one of the biggest excuses I hear is that it is expensive.
