Congratulations to all of our teams that competed this weekend. I can tell you we were all really disappointed we weren't there to watch and help. But we know you represented 616 well even if everything didn't go your way! Thank you for your hard work! We learned a TON at our Level 2 seminar this weekend and have a lot to bring back to the gym. Some you'll like and some you may find tough (in a good way), but we promise that everything we do is to make you a better athlete and a fitter individual.

The biggest takeaway from the weekend for me is that I need to keep pushing myself to get better as a coach. It's so easy to get into our routines and settle for less than perfect movement and performance. and even though we may never reach perfection, that doesn't mean we should stop trying. I have a lot of things I need to work on as a coach and hopefully as I improve you will improve as an athlete. We are really looking forward to getting back in the gym to start implementing some new ideas.

Also, don't forget that this Wednesday (last Wednesday of the month) is Wednesday FriendsDay.
