Saturday, October 17 is Barbells for Boobs! We will get together at 10 am to workout and support breast cancer awareness. T-shirts have been ordered, but if you'd like to donate to the cause you can do so on our fundraising page here. The workout for Barbells for Boobs will be Grace, which is 30 clean and jerks for time. We're going to practice cleans tomorrow and then get a practice run at Grace and Karen all at once. You'll have to pace yourselves a little bit, but it will give you a good idea of what you are capable of for the 17th.
