For Scaling: Every round change each movement. HSPU: Push Ups, DB Presses, HS Hold (15 sec), Donkey Kicks Pistols: Air Squats, Pistol Holding Band, Pistol On Box, Elevated Heel Pull Ups: Jumping Pull Ups, Banded Kipping, Ring Rows
