Remember that this Wednesday is Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend to any class throughout the day and we can introduce them to CrossFit! Also, this Saturday is Halloween, so get your costumes ready! The Saturday morning class will require your best costume and you don't want to know what will happen if you show up without one!

Workout for Monday, October 26 10 min of: Death By Wall Balls and Burpees Min 1 complete 1 wall ball then 1 burpee, Min 2 complete 2 wall balls then 2 burpees Continue adding one rep of both movements each minute. When a round is failed, attempt the same number of reps as last successful minute.

In 10 min: Run 800m, then 21-15-9 Wall Balls KB Swings (1.5/1) AMRAP in remaining time of Burpees to Target

Immediately after WOD: 1 Mile Cool Down Run
