Don't miss the Weightlifing World Championships taking place this week in Houston, TX. We've already seen some amazing lifts over the weekend including this one from Om Yun Chol of North Korea. He's a 56 kg (123 lb.) lifter and he clean and jerked 171 kg (376 lb.) to set a new world record in his weight class. Yes, that's more than triple his body weight! The event is streaming live on ESPN3 all week.
