I feel like I've written this blog post a few times before, but I think it's something worth sharing and it seems like more and more main stream media outlets are catching on. More women are lifting weights than ever and are views are changing on what is considered the "ideal" body type. In fact, there is no ideal body type because more and more women are focused on what their bodies can do rather than what they look like. Workout for Wednesday, December 9 Complete 1 Clean and Jerk Complex Every 2 min for 12 min 1 Clean (full clean, from floor) 1 High Hang Clean (Power Position) 1 Front Squat 1 Jerk *Start @ 60% to 65% of 1RM Clean
Back Squat 3X7 @ 70% to 75%
For 5 min: Complete 3 Thrusters (95/65) Every 15 seconds. *If unable to complete 3 Thrusters at any given point, do 2 instead.
