It's Christmas Eve and that means it's time for the 12 Days of Christmas workout! This one is done just like the song so if you don't know the song, there's a video below so you can get familiar with it. Trust me, there's a few people every year that can't seem to get this one right, so a little practice might help. Plus, you'll have a great song stuck in your head during the workout. Since there are a lot of movements to warm up and set up we will have extended classes. Remember, there are just two classes tomorrow morning so don't miss out! 6 am to 7:15 am 8 am to 9:15 am
