SCHEDULE CHANGE: We are adding a 10:30 am class on Saturday stating this week. We will now have Elements at 8:30 am, CrossFit at 9:30 and 10:30 am. What a great weekend! Thank you to everyone that came out for the competition and the party on Saturday. I may have had a little too much fun based on how I felt on Sunday, but it was worth it to hang out with you all outside of the gym.

Congrats to everyone that competed Saturday. You should all be very proud of your performances. I can't believe where most of you are compared to when you started. Everyone pushed themselves and found new limits and that's worth a lot.

Thanks to all of the volunteers and supporters as well. These events wouldn't happen without you and they certainly wouldn't go as smoothly without your hard work. We can't thank you enough!

Open WOD 11.2 15 min AMRAP 9 Deadlifts (155/100) 12 HR Push Ups 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Push Up Standards: Chest touches at nipple line or above. No worming. Feet no wider than shoulders, elbow angle at bottom 90 degrees or less.
