Thank you for a great Saturday! We had more people than ever work out with us on a Saturday than ever before and most of you signed up in advance. We know it's not a perfect system, but we're doing everything we can to make it easy on everyone. We do need to address one issue. You can sign up for the Saturday classes six days in advance. But if you sign up you need to be there. If you cancel, you need to do so at least 24 hours before the class. There are definitely people that want your spot, so if you not coming to class, don't take his or her spot. And if you're going to cancel give that person enough notice to fill the spot.

The policy going forward will be that a cancelation requires 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the class you and you don't show, you will be charged a drop in fee of $15. You will get two "get out of jail free" cards over the course of the year for emergencies. You will need to email us letting us know why you can't make it to the class you have reserved.

Remember, there is always someone that wants a spot in class, so if you sign up, you need to be there. And if you cancel, you need to give that person a chance to take your spot. Help us and your fellow gym members out!
