This Wednesday, Feb. 24, is Wednesday FriendsDay! Bring a friend that has never tried CrossFit to any of the regularly scheduled classes that day. This is the final week of the current weightlifting cycle, which means next week will be on off week for the weightlifting class. There will be workouts scheduled for the off week, but there won't be a formal class. We will pick back up with the new cycle on Tuesday, March 8.
The next eight-week cycle will end with an in-house weightlifting meet! We always use the cycle to build towards a new max on the snatch and clean and jerk, so this time we will test those maxes in a meet format. This is a great way to stay focused and keep yourself on track.
We will have more details soon on the date and time, but wanted to give you a heads up now.
