Great job on 16.1! We saw some pretty amazing efforts put forth on Friday and we are very proud of how you all did. If it was your first Open workout you deserve a special congratulations for testing yourself on the big stage. If you haven't gotten the Open workout in, please do so on Monday between 2-4. And please coordinate with someone to be your judge. Because of the large amount of space and time this workout requires, we won't be able to do it and class at the same time. Hopefully the workouts get a little easier to set up from here!
Also, don't forget to submit your score! You have to submit your score by Monday night at 8 pm each week or it will not count. You can do it on the Games site or through the CrossFit Games app.
No matter how you think you did on the workout you should be proud of your effort. I think the lunges surprised us all on how challenging they are, but that just gives us a chance to get better at one more thing going forward. Looking forward to taking on 16.2 with you all soon!
