We have seen AWESOME performances from everyone on Open Workout 16.3 including more than a handful of first time bar muscle ups! While a workout like 16.3 with muscle ups can be intimidating, it should not be seen as disappointing. As Brian mentioned last week the Open is a measure of where you are on your journey right now. Accept that you're nearing your goals and do not become discouraged. If you know and can admit that you could be working harder towards your goals, let these workouts motivate you. It's a great thing if the Open workouts this year motivate you to set new goals. Talk to your coaches about how to make those goals a reality, and then go after what it takes to reach them. We promise it will take hard work to get where you want to be, but when you look back you will know that it was absolutely worth the effort. The best news is that we get another year to attack our weaknesses and to become more fit athletes before the 2017 Open. Please remember to enjoy the journey that you're on with us at CrossFit 616 and with life each day, and celebrate every single success along the way.

In the meantime, we've got more preparing to do for the rest of the Open this year and for our fitness in general!
