April 30 - In-House Weightlifting Meet and BBQ! Test your max snatch and clean and jerk and help send coach Robert off in style with a BBQ after the meet. Open to all 616 members! This meet will be the workout for Saturday the 30th.

May 30 - Memorial Day Murph - join us for Murph to honor all those who have served our country and paid the ultimate price. More details and times coming soon.
